Best TFT Hextech Team Comps and Units
NOT UPDATED!
Four new units with Hextech synergy has been introduced to Teamfigt Tactics in patch 9.16. Their appearance havean huge impact on TFT meta mainly in positioning of certain units geared with items. Today, we would like to eveluate each of the Hextech champions separately and present to you the best teamcomps with their participation. Our remarks are based on our coaches’ experience and observation of the best players.
IS TFT HEXTECH SYNERGY CURRENTLY STRONG
Let us begin with short evaluation of Hextech synergy. As it seems, currently it works very well. Two Hextech units finds it’s place in nearly each team comp because the opportunity to switch off opponent’s items for a single moment is a very strong prevalence.
It is worth to remind that playing four Hextech champs is completely noneconomic due to too weak bonus and the fact that units do not co-operate with each other (different classes). In further part you get to know which of them are the strongest and how to use them in your compositions in a proper way.
TFT CAMILLE HEXTECH
IS TFT CAMILLE A STRONG CHAMP? –
Unfortunately, Camille is definitely one of the weaker units in hextech synergy. As a 1st tier champion, she is left far behind champions like Garen or Nidalee. Her biggest adventage is the fact that she along with Fiora or for examle Gangplank/Aatrox allows her to early build Blademaster composition.
However, her ability is not to strong. It requires good setting to allow Camille to attack relevnt enemy units which is practically impossible in early stages. To be honest, the only way to use Camille TFT is to build composition which consist of 6 Blademasters.
TFT CAMILLE ADVANTAGES :
- It is first tier unit which tells us that she costs only one gold
- It allows to build 3 Blademasters synergy in early stage
TFT CAMILLE DISADVANTAGES :
- Her ability requires relevant setting and enemy scounting
- A bit lower statistics in the background of remaining units from the 1st tier
BEST CAMILLE HEXTECH TEAM COMP IN TFT
As you can see that composition is based on Blademaster’s synergy and Draven who is very strong. In further stage of the gameplay it comes such units as Yasuo and Swain who are very strong themselves and each of them fits to the compositions very well.
HOW TO PLAY IT?
For real, you can start the game with any composition. Building 3 Blademasters in early stage can be very economic obviously. However, you must to remember that your strong side should be improved units and items from the very start, not certain compositions.
Do not forget to buy essential units meantime. ( Fiora, Camille, Shen, Gangplank and Aatrox) Almost each of these will remain till the end of the game – only Fiora is replaceable for Yasuo if possible.
6 Blademasters should be placed on the board only if you got Draven and had ready items for him. 6 level should be enough to do it. In further phase you can add Swain or other Imperial like Darius or Katarina alternatively.
THE BEST ITEMS FOR THIS TEAMCOMP
- Draven – Bloodthirster, Runaan’s Hurricane, Rapid Fire Cannon
- Gangplank – Morellonomicon, Rabadon’s Deathcap, Seraph’s Embrance
TFT JAYCE HEXTECH
IS TFT JAYCE A GOOD CHAMPION? –
Similarly to Camille, Jayce stand out from the remaining pair of Hextech champions. It has impact mainly on current meta and quite weak Shapeshifter’s synergy. There are plenty of better champs from the second tier which will manage way better in early stage – Lucian/Pyke/Zed
His ability does not astonish. Despite small amount of mana needed to load it. Similarly, his statistics, even with Shapeshifter’s bonus cannot make much better impression.
TFT JAYCE ADVANTAGES :
- It is second tier units which could be easly improved to 3 level
- Quite long stun after using abilities – 2.5/4.25/6 secs
TFT JAYCE DISADVANTAGES :
- Remaining units with Hextech energy are simply better
- Generally weak Shapeshifter’s synergy
BEST JAYCE HEXTECH TEAM COMP IN TFT
The best solution to stick Jayce to any composition is to add him to Demons and Shapeshifters. Additinaly, Jinx will strenghten the composition introducing Hextech synergy. At the same, they will be very strong units.
HOW TO PLAY IT?
In early you strong side should be improved units and items, not certain compositions. At the very beginning you can build up 3 Shapeshifters and connect them with Demons. However, it is not required.
For real, after getting basic units you have to focus on finding Brand and Swain. But until you buy Swain, you can use Gnar and Nidalee eventually but remember that it would be hard to get 4 Demons synergy. you can take off Gankplank and replace him with a Demon because he is necessary only to guarantee Gunslider’s synergy for Jinx.
Later on, you can focus on getting level seven and adding Jinx to the composition which provides you quite heavy amount of damage and Hextech synergy. In further stage you can add additional Blademaster to the composition – Yasuo/Draven.
THE BEST ITEMS FOR THIS TEAMCOMP
- Jinx – Bloodthirster, Runaan’s Hurricane, Rapid Fire Cannon
- Gangplank – Morellonomicon, Rabadon’s Deathcap, Seraph’s Embrance
TFT VI HEXTECH
IS TFT VI A GOOD CHAMP? –
Vi is undoubtfully one of the better units from the Hextech synergy. The main reason for it is her affiliation to Brawler‘s class which are very strong currently. Additionally, in Brawler‘s composition Jinx is applied, along with VI it guarantees very strong Hextech synergy. Vi‘s superability is very useful, we can get rid of very strong enemy units with it not for a single time.
TFT VI ADVANTAGES :
- Very strong ability which gets rid of enemy carry
- affiliation to very strong Brawlers class and Hextech synergy
TFT VI DISADVANTAGES :
- Much mana neeeded to use abilities
- Small damage relatively
BEST VI HEXTECH TEAM COMP IN TFT
TFT comp with VI is very simple. It is based on all 6 Brawlers purchase and add Jinx (or Draven eventually) as a main carry unit. Brawlers would give Jinx time to spin her up and such units like Cho’gath or VI would guarantee fair amount of CC.
HOW TO PLAY IT?
It doesn’t make much difference which do you play at the beginning. You must remember to purchase all Brawlers however. If they would be available in your shop, do not forget to buy them.
Undoubtfully, the hardest unit here to get is Cho‘gath. He is very strong and popular. Do not hesitate to take him to the roundabout if there would be such a possibility. Additional problem could be Jinx, however, she is not main damage dealing champion. In a certain necessity you can replace her with Draven.
In further stage of the game you can add Yasuo or Kayle– the units which are very good themselves.
THE BEST ITEMS FOR THIS TEAMCOMP
- Jinx – Bloodthirster, Runaan’s Hurricane, Rapid Fire Cannon
- Cho’Gath – Morellonomicon, Rabadon’s Deathcap, Seraph’s Embrance
TFT JINX HEXTECH
CZY JINX W TFT JEST DOBRA? –
We can boldly assume that Jinx is one of the strongest units in the current TFT meta. She can be added to bunch of compositions and even at 1st level she deals fair amount of damage. Her superability along with time becomes more and more powerful. It might be said it is advantage and disadvantage at the same time.
TFT JINX ADVANTAGES :
- After killing two units she gets tremendous area damage
- She fits to bunch of compositions
TFT JINX DISADVANTAGES :
- She needs to kill two units to spin her up to the maximum
- She is very popular and its hard to improve her to second level sometimes
BEST JINX HEXTECH TEAM COMP IN TFT
For real, we introduced you the strongest compositions with Jinx (Brawlers) thats why we show you teamcomp based on Gunslingers mainly and on hit effects. It should guarantee you places in top 4 every time when you manage to build up relevant items.
HOW TO PLAY IT?
Initially, focus on collecting all Gunslingers because you need them 6 in this composition. Pay attention to such units like Tristana, Graves, Lucian. Besides, three champs with Blademaster‘s synergy will be needed.
For real, to full performance you must get level 8. Thanks to it, you can fit in all units on the board. The key element here is Miss fortune guaranteed as 6th Gunslinger. However, at 7-8 level you should not have bigger problems with finding her. Greater problem can be Jinx. However, while leveling aggressively you can increase your chances to find her.
THE BEST ITEMS FOR THIS TEAM COMP
- Jinx – Cursed Blade, Runaan’s Hurricane, Hush
- Miss Fortune – Seraph’s Embrance, Rabadon’s Deathcap
For this moment, that is all what we wanted to present you concerning the newest units and synergy. Be wary because along with new patch and changings we will inform you about various strong TFT comps.
